JASON Grove's article (Scottish Sunday Express, March 4) headed: "Imams may oust Bishops in the Lords" beggars belief.  This is political correctness going mad.

Pandering to multi-culturalism is purely flashy politics. It is an option not to be taken lightly for it poses dire consequences. This is when we can see a great need for election to the upper House rather than selection. To introduce religious leaders from minority groups at the expense of religious leaders from the established Church should not even be considered - full stop.

Secularism within both Houses (Commons and Lords) is so rampant, that we definitely need the Christian voice in the decision making. This may not be "politically correct" but it is certainly Biblically correct
